On December 30, 2011, Haha received the award for "Best Entertainer" during the 2011 SBS Entertainment Awards for his work on Running Man. He also performed his single, "Rosa" during the award ceremony. On 15 August 2012, it was announced that he will marry South Korean singer Byul. The couple married on 30 November 2012. The couple welcomed their first child on 9 July 2013.

Ji-Suk-jin gained popularity as a main MC through the show called Star Golden Bell, which aired from 2004 to 2010.[4] He is currently a cast member in the variety show Running Man together with Yoo Jae-suk, Kim Jong-kook, Kang Hee-gun (Gary) of LeeSsang, Ha Dong-hoon, Song Ji-hyo, and Lee Kwang-soo.

He gained a lot of popularity after joining SBS's Good Sunday popular variety show Running Man. His nicknames in the show include the framing master, betrayer, and lately giraffe, and he was also previously known as Kwangvatar (a mix of his name Kwang-soo and Avatar) and now more commonly and popularly known as "The Asian Prince", due to his overwhelming popularity during Running Man's episodes in other Asian Countries (Thailand, Hongkong, China, Macau and Vietnam). The music "St. Agnes and the Burning Train" by Sting is his theme music in the variety show. It is played as a running gag whenever Kwang Soo is picked on, ousted, and made fun of.

Although at first he is considered one of the weak ones, Yoo is always portrayed as the rival of Kim Jong Kook. However, in later episodes, he became one of the top three strongest members (the others are Kim Jong-kook & Song Ji-hyo) of Running Man who could potentially pose a threat to win any of the missions.

Kim Jong-kook and Gary again worked together in 2012. This time, they helped their Running Man co-star, Lee Kwang-soo in his movie Wonderful Radio through a cameo role.
Gary was chosen by Coca Cola to rap and write the lyrics for their 2012 Valentine TV Commercials.[11]
April 2012, Gary became one of the image models of Galaxy R. Both Gary and Gil also walked the ramp as a model for the Seoul Fashion Week in the same month.
May 2013, Gary became the endorser of Doritos. He wrote the rap music used in the TV Commercial too.
